It takes a special person to become an In-Home Care Provider. In-Home Care of Central Washington is very proud of our employees and the compassion and care they show to our clients. Experience, Training and Other Special Requirements
Must be eighteen (18) years or older.
Complete and submit a Criminal History Background Inquiry form.
Have a valid Washington State drivers license.
Have a good driving record that is acceptable by our insurance carrier
Own or have daily access to a reliable automobile with Washington State’s minimum auto liability insurance coverage of $25,000 per person, $50,000 per accident and $10,000 property damage. You cannot use the client’s car under any circumstances.
Unless proof of exemption is provided, Complete (2) hours of Orientation and (3) hours of Safety training provided by In-Home Care of Central Washington.
Unless proof of exemption is provided, you will be required to pay and successfully pass Basic Training and become certified as a Homecare Aide within the time-frames set by the State of Washington Department of Health.
Complete continuing education training prior to your birth date each calendar year.
