It takes a special person to become an In-Home Care Provider. In-Home Care of Central Washington is very proud of our employees and the compassion and care they show to our clients. Experience, Training and Other Special Requirements

  • Must be eighteen (18) years or older.

  • Complete and submit a Criminal History Background Inquiry form.

  • Have a valid Washington State drivers license.

  • Have a good driving record that is acceptable by our insurance carrier

  • Own or have daily access to a reliable automobile with Washington State’s minimum auto liability insurance coverage of $25,000 per person, $50,000 per accident and $10,000 property damage. You cannot use the client’s car under any circumstances.

  • Unless proof of exemption is provided, Complete (2) hours of Orientation and (3) hours of Safety training provided by In-Home Care of Central Washington.

  • Unless proof of exemption is provided, you will be required to pay and successfully pass Basic Training and become certified as a Homecare Aide within the time-frames set by the State of Washington Department of Health.

  • Complete continuing education training prior to your birth date each calendar year.
